Shipping:
Your tracking info will be sent via email; once the package is with the carrier, we are not responsible. We offer flat rate shipping of $10 within the 48 contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).
For Alaska and Hawaii, we offer a flat rate of $15.
Returns:
We are sure you will love your purchase, but in the event that you wish to return an item(s), we offer free returns within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please contact us directly to start your return. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label to send your product back for a refund to your original form of payment, store credit, or an exchange for a different product.
Return requests received after 14 days of receiving your order will not be eligible for return or exchange.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of your item. We will promptly send you a return shipping label and replace your item(s) free of charge.
